Testimonials

Since I was introduced to the Change Step programme it has completely turned my life around.

I was made welcome immediately and offered help and support for me and my family.  Change Step has given me a new focus and brought structure into my life by helping me gain new qualifications.  I’m currently studying towards a B-TEC.  I also enjoy getting involved in practical outdoor volunteer work alongside other ex-HM Forces personnel.

The team spirit, comradeship and friendship this builds have been invaluable in helping me to re-build my own personal confidence and that of the people alongside me.  It also makes me feel so good that I am able to contribute and put something back into the community.

The Change Step peer mentors have been there all the way supporting and encouraging me.
