Change Step is funded by the UK Government from Libor fines, is led by CAIS and delivered throughout Wales by members of the Drug and Alcohol Charities Wales (DACW) consortium.


CAIS is a registered charity and leading voluntary sector provider of personal support services in Wales. We help people who are having problems with addictions, mental health, personal development and employment – as well as offering assistance and information to their families and friends.

TEDS is a voluntary agency offering free and confidential services to users of drugs or alcohol throughout Rhondda Cynon Taff.  Established in 1985, we aim to provide high quality services to anyone affected by substance misuse.  We work within the harm reduction framework on a client led basis.
